These job specs were rarely used as appraisal tools for measuring progression or performance. Mine sat in the middle at 1-2 pages in length and had not been updated in 5 years.

Photocopy all publications one after another, whether it be via the document feeder, the glass pane or both. The copier will now spit out all of the documents , in the order that you asked it to do it in, 10 copies for each bundle. The copier will then scan in all of the information in the order that you want it in.

You need to be able to find certain documents on your cubicle walls for easy reference. Try to keep your documents, pictures, etc. Try to keep the pictures on a professional level, so obviously dont hang anything that might be lewd, harmful to others cultures or has a picture of something illegal on it.

The Copy and Paste tool is very helpful and cuts production time in half; however, if you are copying a message to paste in a new email, don’t copy your signature line because it should be included when you open a new message in email. If you have created main category files, then create a main category folder in your 'My Documents' folder on your PC, and create sub-files in this main folder as necessary. Thanks, Richard Posted on 5 March, 2008 10:43 AM Deb I love CTRL-Z (undo), CTRL-H (find & replace), the split screen feature in Word (it splits the screen into 2 sections so you can look at 2 different areas of the document at the same time. Especially when you are cutting and pasting in a 200 page document!!
