Three of my favourites: 6 – Learn to say “No”. Phone ringing? When I’m doing important work, I also switch off my phone. I think that (1) make a daily plan and (6) learn to say “No are two that stand out. There is nothing particularly new in the list, but it does a good job of covering the fundamentals.
