Coming from a legal background, we were always taught if you are using an acronym or initialism in writing, on the first use you should spell it out and then put the acronym in brackets, which makes a lot of sense and saves a lot of head scratching and searching the document to figure out what the person is referring to. 411 Look Up 411.ca

For reference, I configured two Office 365 accounts for the review with no issues as well as a Gmail account. This may seem superficial however when you order a meal at a restaurant, you are told that ‘the first bite is with the eye’ and I expect the same standards with the applications that I use.

If I am waiting for something, I will check it mid-day, but I definitely feel out of the loop if I dont check it at all, so schedule a time and make it a regular part of your day. Find a time that works for you to check your bosss e-mail account. I like to check it first thing in the morning and just before I go home at the end of the day.
