You know, we’re seeing one of the biggest competitors for us are people in their home offices. We know we can compete with the person down the street that has a co working space, but getting someone to come out of their home office is and pay for space is something you’re going to be up against.

Any less and you attract too many needy customers. More, and they will expect white-glove customer service. Or a service? This can be done from your home office but quickly becomes unscalable. Everything about the website needs to move the customer in that direction. Physical or digital products?
