Minimize the number of identification and credit cards carried. Tear/shred receipts, copies of credit applications, other documentation containing personal information, don’t just throw it in the garbage. For example, Social Insurance Numbers are rarely needed for retail transactions. Thanks for showing it.

I stand back, and begin moving notes until the ideas start flowing into easy categories: Blog, Projects, Home, Family, Health - etc. Examples: If you have a full email box, then schedule an hour each morning to tackle it. If you need to write/send your holiday cards then look at your calendar and schedule it in.
