Whether based on your cover letter or resume, recruiters only take 6 seconds to see if you are match. If the fit isn’t close enough, they toss or file your resume. For example, working for a CEO at a small business is not the same as working for the CEO of Disney or Pixar. Are you allowed to disclose who it was?
