Have a routine where you regularly work to boost your self confidence. Identify the source(s) of the doubts and perceptions. Look for concrete ways you can counter the doubts.

That said, don’t apply for internet jobs when you just came online, have no skills, no experience, but can definitely learn everything as you go along. DON’T have low self-esteem.

Which is, of course, completely false. If you’re usually a shy guy, and that is your real nature (that’s nothing wrong with being shy, by the way) and you get into a personal relationship which will feed your self-esteem, you will accomplish a lot of stuff. Of course you’re going to be hurt when they’ll pass away.
