The staffing agent asked if I was open to temp to perm, even though the position was for a full time EA, he feels the CEO may need time to see if it is a good fit. I have no idea how long "temp" is considered before they would offer the permanent position. It feels like a bait and switch and there are no guarantees.

And as I was working, job hunting and/or temping, I had to find other sources of happiness. I would rather go to a pilates studio that has classes late at night that fits my work hours vs going to a gym that only costs $30 a month. It’s a contradiction in that we want to use the vehicle to promote ourselves, but that same vehicle is used for piracy. Here’s your retirement cheque, go build your house, put in a pool, and stay with your girlfriend for the rest of your life,&# then I would probably kill myself. It’s funny. And I like me.
