Habits can be difficult to modify, but the effects are beneficial and rewarding. Don’t multi-task. Multi-tasking is inefficient. Keep a daily, prioritized to-do list.

Things that motivate us are more deeply rooted; whether they be love, health, success, etc. When I pressed her for details, she wasn’t really able to nail things down. It was just some sort of “feeling” she had.

Keep a Journal – Instead bottling up your feelings and thoughts express them in a journal, which will provide a sense of relief and could serve as the first step in a more problem-solving process to resolving underlying issues.

I then learned that a Twitterview was an interview that was conducted on Twitter using a hashtag (we used #BizProd) to aggregate all of the comments together in one spot where people could follow the conversation.
