It houses so much more than a file index. This allows them to keep it within site, but all projects are kept in an organized file. Once the project is completed, the whole pile of that particular project can be filed away; out of site. I set up recurring appointments for things like bookkeeping or marketing.

  I found that mixing up a drink was much faster and I could drink it on the go if I needed to.    Try going up and down your stairs one extra time every morning.    It is really easy to get caught up on Facebook or Twitter all day and say that you were "networking."  What About You?

It works well when it is a co-worker who sits closest to you, but depending on how your office is set up that might not be possible. She had to set up an away voicemail message and fortunately had kept a script of what her away message usually said. It is also amazing how much we pick up from our co-workers during the day.

Once I feel I've captured every idea on a note, I find a stretch of wall and stick each idea up. "Heads Up. " The playing field of the world is leveling off which means that the competition, pace and stress levels are at maximum. Create email folders same as you would for word doc and paper files.
