Last week he launched his first ebook, called Upgrade Reality. He also nick-named the ebook: “The no-nonsense guide to overcoming personal obstacles and getting the life of your dreams.&# The ebook is easy to read but it’s not an easy ebook. I have read 30+ of these posts as Abubakar has been following them and we are working on the ebook but I have never read such unique lessons and such a brave perspective. Weekly Reviews This is a concept borrowed from GTD (I was a big fan of GTD, although lately I’m just using a slightly downsized version of it). Every week I set up between half an hour and an hour and just empty my iPhone Voice Recorder. I like journals, so I keep a journal in every purse I have for capturing ideas.
