The information is the same in every productivity methodology, it’s how you look at it that differs. you can only add information in the Assess realm, in Decide and Do, you are performing completely different.

It came in the form of three words: Assess – Decide – Do. Now, the app is in the AppStore for more than 2 months, the latest version syncs your data with Dropbox, there is also an iPad version and so on. I have struggled with many forms of organization, and I despise task lists. Just to get it right.)

So, the next logical step was to give you a complimentary service, in the form of a business card transcribing service. I recently started my own business and I have all my receipts organized in envelopes and was debating whether or not convert all of this into electronic form. One more thing: the following setup is intended as a starting point, but once you have mastered it in its simple form, it may be tweaked it even more to suit your individual needs. It doesn’t really need to be in the form of an action, just write it down as you see fit. Put it on the board on the leftmost part, under a red magnet.

Just click on that link and you’ll find out more about what I kept and what I threw out form my GTD experiment. Well, you can edit that piece of information, right in the Assess realm, choosing what type of info is: task, idea, event or project. At that moment, the piece of information from Assess becomes an actionable entity.
