In essence, it keeps the audience alert and they’ll learn more from you than someone who just educates. Learn to tell stories. Make them laugh – Although you want to educate your audience, you need to make them laugh as well.

Initially it may take you longer to catch up if you have a large pile, but 15 minutes is manageable. The trick for any of them is to learn to use MULTIPLE TAGS so that you can find them, otherwise – for example, your searches will pull up a thousand documents with the word ‘HTML’ in them.
