A while back, Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers ) released data from a poll on personal organization. and use a free program like Coperinic, Google Desktop to find them quickly. How much stuff do you have sitting on your desk or in your work area? Finding stuff on my messy desk bears out that statistic. « Now!

By starting to organize the app at a higher level I created a bit of light over the whole project. Now I had a complete visual implementation: tasks were nicely organized by date in Today, Soon and Overdue. They’re incredibly well indexed in Google and their search engine is also fantastic. The functionality list was frozen.
