I have been on some interactive sites where assistants ask questions and get answers and I learn from them as I have some of the same questions. Lunch n learns are also a good way to learn from each other.

This topic came back up the other day as I was working with an extremely successful medical professional. " We left the office and went out for our lunch and I learned that she usually skips meals, believing that she could get ahead in her paperwork if she skipped. Up now: The Flintstones.
