One thing that came up in this evaluation I did not expect was a trait referring to my communication style. The word blunt was referring to the form rather than the content. Based on my own framework, called Assess - Decide - Do, it will definitely change the way you look at productivity. It was labeled as: BLUNT.

Flow is not a measurable concept although we can refer to it as bigger, lower or we can define some quality of it. Definitely gave me something to chew on throughout the day. But trust comes in many forms, both short- and long term. If you never get repeat business then either your business model is broken or you are doing something wrong to turn customers away When your customers like you they are more likely to refer new business to you also.

Change by reaction is rooted in fear and is nothing more than a form of escapism. All of these mindsets are forms of self-sabotage. Thinking that change is impossible is a form of self-sabotage. Interesting to note the references to pleasing others and living up to the expectations they have of us at point #2, #26 #33 #36 etc.

That’s a 30 day trial that’s still going on, and while I’m not sure yet if I’ll continue on a daily basis, I do know that the benefits I’m feeling (sleeping better, more energy, the ego boost) will keep me doing at least some form of exercise. In some things, consistency can be deadly.
