My thoughts on the multi-VA model

If you hire subcontractors and then micromanage them, provide them office equipment, ect, then yes this is illegal. Plus you get the benefit of every piece of your team being in constant contact with each other, working together, and all being on the same page. Education is the key. But you are being way too broad here.
