Have the confidence to take the lead, be proactive and have a conversation with your boss. My top tips before you request Buy-In are: Adopt your bosses preferred communication style i.e. The language of leadership. Be prepared to negotiate if necessary. Like everything in business, it’s about negotiation for both funds and time.

We settled into our comfortable tables and seats for the final morning’s events. Next, she drew a participant’s name for the final prize of the event.

Some Visible Improvements In the last 30 days I was invited to 3 public events where I talked about entrepreneurship and lifestyle design. At one event I was on the board of advisers, in front of a 120 persons audience for 9 hours straight and I never had any drifting away moment. Clearly better when I stick to my regular tea routine.

Feeling rather confident, I pushed it even further: I added a new table in the adding area (the one you actually see right now in the app, if you have it) in order to choose what type of item is added: a task, a project, an idea or an event. Didn’t add any event yet. I also implemented a new view for adding an event.
