The magazine doesn’t contain any advertising so it is packed full of articles focussed on training and mentoring assistants. The magazine also features information on marketing, finance, productivity and updates on IT and social networking. The website also promotes training for Executive PAs and mentoring services.

I hear you on the weekly new invites to join new networks. So, I founded the first Virtual Assistant network in the southern hemisphere without realising what I was doing at the time!

Check your social networking sites only at specified times, preferably no more than once or twice a day. For bigger changes, enlist a mentor or professional coach to help you stay on track.

A paid newsletter is another way to deliver content.
