Phishing scams have been around for quite some time now, where an e-mail would ask you to enter some personal information into a fake website that looks quite real. Then they would lure you into entering your bank account information, pin, etc. They would even sell your personal information in chat rooms on the black market.

Unfortunately, with my company, we have a standard template that we use and cant change it. I find that most information on the internet is quite difficult to understand and I try to make it as simple as possible, so that even if a person is a complete novice at something, I explain it in their terms.
