Another option is to create templates in Microsoft Office and either e-mail them to everyone or place them on a network drive for everyone to access. Someone needs to take over your responsibilities during that time.

However, I did work in another company where the family was of a particular religion and they were the ones that owned the entire company. It would be interesting to see how many companies would allow for this type of dress code, since quite a lot of places have client visits on a regular basis. I worked for a software company with a casual dress code and men and women both wore shorts all the time (it was in Houston and warm close to year round).
