I leave an excel sheet on the company Server that only my IP & station login can Access and keep it updated. I keep mine in an encrypted Word file on my computer. Grrr! moments

At one office I worked in we had a mail cart with slots for everyones mail, but it was filed First name, Last name. Each time I went to get my mail I would find my mail in the other Patricias slot or vice versa. the phone book, standard filing practices etc.) Im sure you know what Im talking about. Well here is one of my Grrr!
