Any change, even positive changes such as marriage or a promotion, can prompt feelings of fear. Very often the boards and committees of nonprofits are made up of wealthy, successful people. Get a mentor. Among the wealthy, 93 percent who had a mentor attributed their success to that person. Set goals, not wishes.
