One of my co-workers told me that I was already using "we" and "us" when referring to my new employer. Calendars - The new person will be starting with a fresh calendar. Take anything off your calendar and write it down for them so they can transfer it to their calendar. Sometimes it has been hard.

They are then placed in a reference (Rolodex) file by type of business and not the name. Otherwise I will simply put them into my business card binder to have for future reference. Staple the cards into a little notebook, one card per page. I have them synced to my IPhone and IPad for easy access and reference.

Oh, did I mention that your meeting confirmation hits your google, outlook or web calendar as well as generates a confirmation email. Evernote allows me to upload, add, bookmark, etc anything that I would like to store as a "note" for future reference. That's why I've been "tungling" ever since the BETA version.
