To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. Thanks again for your very helpful tips and trick you ROCK!!! I am currently in the process of doing this for one of my managers. I need to book meetings for him to travel to firms all over Canada.
