To do this, open up your scheduled meeting in the calendar that you are using and click on “Forward as iCalendar&#. If you want to update the calendar, you would have to make the changes in the meeting request directly. This way, they will be more inclined to read the e-mail properly.

I feel safe to assume that most of my readers will have access to their manager’s emails and calendars, I also am assuming that like myself you check the emails everyday and have pretty much free rein to read the messages and reply on behalf of your manager as and when you can. b) Encrypt any attached files.
