Clock In The Right Time Zone: Booking Meetings in Microsoft Outlook

Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. The best way I could find accomplishing this task is by having to change the time zone information each time I need to add a new meeting.
