Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). You hand over the iPad to a guest who can then fill in a form with their details, take a photo and sign an agreement.

BusyCal (M, I, $): I’ve used many different calendar apps, but this one was the one that stuck with me. The tags allow me to colour code anything on my calendar according to the theme it falls under (Coaching, Deep Work, etc.). This calendar is pricier than many out there, but when I love an app, then price is less of a factor).

You can find the show on Apple Podcasts , Spotify , Google Podcasts , Pandora , and Stitcher. Share your calendar with coworkers so they can see your “checking email” time blocks. Still others might be information your executive needs, but not for a few weeks, and not in the form of an email sitting in their inbox.

Even if you are not the most technical person on your block, you probably have some form of technology in your life that you love. All important information, but I knew I couldnt possibly retain much of what I was looking at in one sitting so I started to cheat and flip through a few tabs because I had to sign a form that I read the manual. This particular law firm had approximately 150 people in the office. Minute taking made easier. Dealing in real time.
