Dropbox just changed my mind. After trying out lots of online storage options early in my business, a few years ago I finally settled on Dropbox. I have come to love Dropbox, from the ease of use to features like having an expiration date on a shared file. Like how I can connect Paper to my Office 365 calendar.

Gmail – I’m a die-hard Outlook fan and really don’t like the Gmail setup; however for when I can’t be in my office but still need access to my emails and calendar, Gmail is a great way for me to access that information. This was before we had apps or smart phones or the rise in technology that we have seen over the years. Again it is a digital notebook but it also has an automated To-Do organiser which syncs with calendars and address books. The app also has Dropbox backup so all participants can access the notes whenever they want.

I like having a long battery life and having the full functionality of the Windows Platform on my phone. My calendar syncs with my Apple products as well. I have Dropbox on my phone as well so I can easily send documents to my consultants while on the road.
