These are a few of the lists he keeps on his handheld device: Account and $ numbers - credit card #s, PIN #s, etc. ( Birthdays - (if you don’t put them on your digital calendar system), group by date, as reviewable (those during a month, put in tickler for that month, etc.). Address Book. Anniversary. Personal information.

Oh, did I mention that your meeting confirmation hits your google, outlook or web calendar as well as generates a confirmation email. We have also oftentimes found that one of us is working on a project before we have had a chance to talk about it because we can see the updates when we look at the folders. You won't regret it.

You see, for the past several years, I’ve been using a variety of tech tools to help organize my life and work—appointments, tasks, projects and more. Some online task and project management systems are more up to speed on this kind of thing and have apps for your phone to make capturing information easy even when you’re offline.

Make sure you know what you’re signing up for and read the cancellation policy before entering your credit card information. An app can have many exciting features, like monitoring multiple goals, a task manager or to-do lists, access to a personal coach and integration with your calendar or other apps.
