An app such as Evernote can be linked to task running apps like Trello and Asana and even to your Google calendar. There is a host of tasks you can do with RoboTask including launching apps, checking emails, creating backups and moving files, downloading and a lot more. If This Then That (IFTTT).

Be careful about filing too much. Most people’s file cabinets are neglected paper graveyards.

I like to share various tools that help to make you more productive. OneNote: My Filing Cabinet In The Clouds. create notebooks and files just like I would with paper, but now it is all organized on my computer. I plug directly into my MacBookPro and use Audacity or Garage Band to edit the file. OK!

Square - credit card swiper can be used with or with out the actual card to take payments. Dropbox - amazing tool for sending and storing big files, can be accessed by multiple parties and updated in real time-incredible for working with virtual support teams and staff members across the country.
