This question came from Stan: I have a shared public calendar in Outlook 2007. One was to create a public distribution list and add it as an attendee to each meeting on the public calendar. When you create a Group Schedule in Outlook 2010, you can set email notifications in the options section. We found two workarounds.

Many companies have inbox limitations that require judiciousness with email folder storage. When you MOVE (not copy) an email to a task in Microsoft Outlook, the original email remains intact and attached to the task so you can open and reply to the original email at any point.
