I wasnt sure if this was possible, but fiddled around on Google a bit and found that it is possible. Do you already have a table set up in Microsoft Word, but dont want to copy to Microsoft Excel and back again, just to sort it? One of my colleagues came to me and asked about this very question.

To add your countrys or any religious holidays that you follow into your Outlook calendar, follow these 3 simple steps: Click Tools, Options, and then Calendar Options. Of course, the rest of us had to follow this schedule and would have to take time off during these periods. In the Calendar Options section, click Add Holidays.

Here are 9 steps to creating an e-mail template in Microsoft Outlook : On the Tools menu, click Options , then click the Mail Format tab. To restore Word as a message editor, click Options on the Tools menu, click the Mail Format tab, then select the Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages check box.

Having a timer at your desk can be a great tool. In order to get your tasks completed on time and in a proficient manner, there is a little trick that I use to make sure that I only focus on one project at a time and give it my undivided attention (when I possibly can). To avoid this, try using an online timer instead.

Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. Click on either the toolbar icon that you created, the keyboard shortcut or click Tools, Macro, and Macros…, then click run. Make sure that you cut this, not delete it.

You can share documents, spreadsheets, and photos across computers and networks: since your document is stored on Googles server, its accessible from anywhere ! I completely forgot about that.
