Both times I’ve replaced my phone as quickly as is humanly possible because I am just lost without it (sometimes I am literally lost without it thanks to my dependence on Google maps to get me about London!). By taking a photo of someone’s business card the app allows you to immediately transfer their contact details to your phone or tablet.

One is the easier way, where you download a file; the other is the longer way. The reason I use the latter method is because our company policy is that we cant download any software that IT doesnt approve. To back up your e-mails in Outlook, simply download Microsofts Outlook Add-In file here.

In a nut shell, you download the free software , install it and it’s always running in the background. You come across a piece of text that you are unfamiliar with. If your manager travels on one airline frequently it is worth downloading their app. Like a lot of us these days I am glued to my iPhone and I have a lot of my life on my iPad.

In the near future, Blackberries, Apple iCals and many different types of phones will be supported on this software as well.

Heres a link to download a copy of the sign , if youre interested. The easiest way to avoid this is to create a "Do Not Disturb" sign and place it somewhere on your cubicle that can be seen clearly. Many of my colleagues have used this method and I have never seen anyone complain, from either side.

If you receive a file that was written in the Microsoft Office 2007 format, you can download the patch called Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 2007 File Formats. The only downfall was that if you accidentally sent the client a Microsoft Excel XP version, they wouldnt be able to open it.

After the meeting, provide a copy of the meeting minutes to everyone involved in the meeting. You will notice that your meetings will run much smoother once you apply these methods.
