Try venting to someone you confide in. Taking a few slow, deep breaths in between can also help. Try removing yourself from the situation by taking a short walk. Exercise can do wonders. Just getting out the tension will release any anxiety and stress you may have.

Like carrying a business card. Branching out is a great gig—I make friends, I expand my thinking, I have a laugh, and it even has positive business results. The customer base that basically I feel safe and confident in. Now there’s a niche! So yesyesyes. Stick with your niche. On a personal level. Go leafs Go!
