Creating a filing system can be tricky, as you need to know exactly how to file your files and what type of information you would need to be able to access quickly. Your boss could ask you for something at a moments notice and you are expected to find the information within minutes. as you mentioned in your question.

This can boost company credibility and advertise itself in a global way. Internal blogging refers to employees writing blogs that are stored on an intranet or company server. Only the employees within that company can view the information that they write. Try to keep to a niche of a topic that you are very well versed in.

" One of the most productive ways to update information on files is to either create or move a file into a shared folder on your companys network drive. Instead of each person creating their own files and you having to merge them together, it would be much faster for everyone to add their own information to one main file.

Phishing scams have been around for quite some time now, where an e-mail would ask you to enter some personal information into a fake website that looks quite real. Then they would lure you into entering your bank account information, pin, etc. They would even sell your personal information in chat rooms on the black market.

Unfortunately, with my company, we have a standard template that we use and cant change it. I find that most information on the internet is quite difficult to understand and I try to make it as simple as possible, so that even if a person is a complete novice at something, I explain it in their terms. I always need to keep myself occupied with some sort of task, whether it be filing, updating our companys database with client information, etc. I do enjoy taking it easy at times, but still need to keep myself busy, so I dont feel like Im going insane. I know that he doesnt like the company were working for.

Your company may have a policy on how they want you to address people in external business e-mail. Be sure to add your signature to your business e-mail with your coordinates.

I personally use a Franklin Covey planner because I love the look of the pages, but many other companies make planner pages with the same set-up. You might find a PDA a tad too 'stale' in the way information is presented.   Easy Peasy Ease and speed of use in finding information stored.
