We will never troubleshoot the system; we will never program the system; and we will never maintain the system. Working at a regional head office, we see a lot of paper. DELAY IT. DELEGATE IT.

The biggest part of this past week on my calendar was Social Media Camp. When you have a system and structure in place, you can ask those questions and can afford to answer accordingly. She really captured the essence of my talk -- and handed me a business card with the above image on it the very next day. Very crazy.
