The hotel has everything that a business traveller requires with access to a 24 hour business centre and faultless wifi throughout the building. The hotel has a well placed restaurant – The Lafayette , which has a lovely fine dining menu and is perfect for a client dinner or morning meeting.

The Chinese restaurant being run out of your meeting room is playing havoc with your diet. The company used to provide Blackberries and cell phones, but say they're no longer in the budget. The co-workers in your office who travel a lot have taken to wearing coveralls on the road. Those perms smell terrible.

Once the recession really hit home my Director’s budget was cut quite drastically and she asked all of us to think of ways to cut back on costs. Some places do not have a reception or night porter and in these cases if there is a problem you are normally asked to phone a central number located away from the apartment.

A - True B - False 7 -- When you are using a speaker phone it is a good idea to let the person on the other end know who is on the line before starting your conversation. .
