In my time with my current employer, I’ve been involved in training a few of our new admins. At some point in their first year they generally ask about training. Who said it was smart to give a one-hour free seminar, speech or workshop almost every single day? They have a budget. I sat and waited for nearly two weeks without even having a listen, because I wanted the PDF transcription I could read, simply because I don’t like audio. Who said we were supposed to do that?
