If you’re leading the meeting you can take your notes in with you and if you need to make notes during the proceedings you won’t need to annoy your colleagues by tapping on a laptop keyboard. It remains one of the easiest books I’ve consumed because it was so much fun. So when I found out that Brett was releasing a free e-book about my single, most-used productivity application, OmniFocus , I applied for a copy of Critical Tactics for OmniFocus straight away. I almost feel as though this book is teasing me!

Some people in the office were trying to get the remote working as we had a PowerPoint presentation coming up and were calling it things like remote thingy , remote slide clicker, wireless mouse so I finally asked, "Does anyone know what the official name for that thing is?" It's called a Presentation Remote. Thanks Patty.

I was in a workshop today on presentation skills and one of the things they had us do was present something to the group while they filmed us. I was actually just reading a chapter of the book "The Art of Extreme Self-Care" by Cheryl Richardson which speaks to some of this. I cant believe I look and act like that.

What you need to do before the meeting Whether you are booking a meeting room on-site or off-site you need to ensure you have the space booked for the time and date you need it. An LCD, laptop and a screen will need to be available if there is going to be a presentation at the meeting. You will want to order food if required.
