The more difficult macros are the ones that are programming code related and require knowledge of Visual Basic (you can find some books here) , which unfortunately, I have no training in. I will explain this later. I am going to show you how to record a simple macro function and to implement it.

I once tried to work with someone who intentionally double and triple-booked himself every day. Set up reminders, checklists and process docs for anything you do over and over again. I’m a virtual gal and a firm believer in storing these things in the cloud in such places as Google Docs and Dropbox.

I used to do some writing in Google Docs, some in Evernote, some in Byword and some in Scrivener. Once I finally adopted this simplified system, I only have to open the one doc every day. For me (on the day of writing this), it was recording some videos for my training product, The Mobile Marketing Business Academy.

I use Google docs myself which has a simple huge numbered list and the new ideas go at the top.
