The more difficult macros are the ones that are programming code related and require knowledge of Visual Basic (you can find some books here) , which unfortunately, I have no training in. You can also add this macro to your toolbar or assign a keyboard shortcut by clicking on the buttons below and following the instructions.

All you need to do is go through your regular print routine with the following steps: Click File, Print or CTRL-P as the keyboard shortcut. There are other ways to implement this, depending on the software that you are using, but let’s keep this simple for now. Now select Microsoft Office Document Image Writer.

I used to use Google Documents for this purpose. Albeit, Google Docs don’t allow me to add voice notes or bookmarks as easily as Evernote with its browser plugin. So, I’ve now transferred all my reference notes out of Google Docs into Evernote online. That’s it for now. TheMarq.com.

It can be as small as a little paperback book, or as big as a cookbook. Outlook also has an address book (Contacts) and many other wonderful features for busy professionals. If we have appts that are booked further out, I stick pin those to a magnetic cork strip, placed under the two calendars. Very well laid out.

MacJournal Shortcut MacJournal also features a keyboard shortcut, so every time I feel my idea will be pretty close to a blog post (as opposed to other types of ideas, like blog post series, guest post ideas, strategies or just interesting bits and pieces) I use this shortcut directly. There has to be about 100 items in there already.
