I purchased a small address book in which I can keep the website address along with my user name and/or password for each particular site. Using the address book allows me to keep websites alphabetically rather than searching through pages of a notebook or sticky notes in all states of disarray. August 02, 2010 Patricia Robb said.

At one office I worked in we had a mail cart with slots for everyones mail, but it was filed First name, Last name. the phone book, standard filing practices etc.) This goes for filing and also how your contacts are ordered in Outlook. Choose the Address Book Tab at the far right. Well here is one of my Grrr!

When a meeting is finalized, I put the scheduling sheet in a completed file. I dont want to miss a step so always go through the checklist on the travel sheet. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday. Taking it offline is a neat trick a friend of a friend of a friend showed me.

Ctrl + Home moves the cursor to the beginning of the open file or document and Ctrl + End moves the cursor to the end of the open file or document, but if you are in the middle of a document and want to select everything from there down, press Ctrl + Shift + End or if you want to select everything from there up, press Ctrl + Shift + Home.
