To add your countrys or any religious holidays that you follow into your Outlook calendar, follow these 3 simple steps: Click Tools, Options, and then Calendar Options. Of course, the rest of us had to follow this schedule and would have to take time off during these periods. In the Calendar Options section, click Add Holidays.

Here are 9 steps to creating an e-mail template in Microsoft Outlook : On the Tools menu, click Options , then click the Mail Format tab. Having a timer at your desk can be a great tool. In order to get your tasks completed on time and in a proficient manner, there is a little trick that I use to make sure that I only focus on one project at a time and give it my undivided attention (when I possibly can). To avoid this, try using an online timer instead.

txt files, pdf’s, presentations, spreadsheets, and probably several others. The Carbonite blog mentions the ability to access cached files offline or even without Wi-Fi or 3G connection, but I didn’t try that out. I don’t do much traveling, but I imagine this would be a crazy-awesome tool for people on the go.

Click on Tools, Macro, Record New Macro… Type in the name of the macro and a description for it, so that others know what this is used for. Click on either the toolbar icon that you created, the keyboard shortcut or click Tools, Macro, and Macros…, then click run. Make sure that you cut this, not delete it.
