How do I get a recommendation letter from my boss for a new job hunt without raising suspicion or improve my situation without my boss’ help? I love your question because no one has ever asked this question on the blog. I hated the mental stress and burden of putting everyone else first and getting only the usual thank you’s and words of appreciation. I mentored other younger assistants. I do applaud you for NOT talking to him about it. You can just write “Thx!”
