The time finally comes when your boss is flying out to that all important business trip. They forget to do their own flight check-in and dont have time, so they call you up and ask you to do it.

I recently added a post called " Outlook Rules That Rule " from a fellow Administrative Assistants blog. Then I have my faxes set up as green. Tip: Make sure not to use too many colors, since you might forget to distinguish the important from the less important. There is another method to this madness though.
