You can advertise for freelance help on sites such as Guru.com or Elance-oDesk.com. I use it with my interns for my blog. Some tasks are easy to do but also easy to hand off.

The first project – transcribe a one hour speech from an audio file. I’m familiar with Elance but a colleague who had a similar project told me that she’d had great success with oDesk - so that’s where I started. Shriram joined my team. He gave me options. Within 48 hours 1/2 of the project was complete.

One was a conversation with James, who commented on one of my blogs that many copywriters aren’t good with numbers. Another discussion was with an associate who said he saw freelance projects on Elance with bids of $50 for sales letters and $5 for blog posts.
