I keep my email inbox empty and I never answer the phone unless I''m expecting a call. The reserves also give me the space to decide to write a blog post at 10pm at night—if I want to. I calendar everything and work from my calendar. To that end, everything I do is calendared during my work days.

I am currently in the process of doing this for one of my managers. Since Outlook only allows for one time zone to be added to the persons calendar , this makes it a little difficult. Do you have trouble trying to figure out the time zone for each meeting in Microsoft Outlook ?
