For example, if I have Microsoft Excel XP and would like to send a file to a client that only has Microsoft Excel 97 (which was a horrible disaster for Microsoft, since there were quite a few bugs in this version), you could save the file as a Microsoft Excel 97 version. I remember in the past that you can always downgrade files.

For example, I will try to work on task A for 1 hour. Narrow them down to the amount that you can manage (usually 3 - 5), but some people can do more or less. Move all of the other tasks to the next day or time that you can tackle them. Next, add a time frame to each task. Then I will work on Task B for 30 minutes and so on and so forth.

Now, take a look at your business card, brochures or other social media profiles.    The other day I was in a meeting and saw a card that had the back covered with 2 different QR codes and the front had a few different urls. .    Others were more difficult to navigate when on my phone.

Note: Make sure to add the time in the meeting schedule (for example: Meeting with client, 1:00 pm Calgary time), so the manager knows that this is the correct time to meet with this client. I usually follow up ever 3 business days on outstanding items. Explain to him that youre in a situation where you feel unproductive and give some examples. Another thing that I can suggest is to have a meeting with your boss. M ention him that you are here to help in any way you can. Remind him that this is why he hired you.

I’ve listed my Google Voice number on my business cards and it’s what appears with my signatures in all emails. However, one challenge I noticed was when I dialed out from my cell phone. When I used to dial from my cell phone, my Caller ID showed my cell phone number, rather than my Google Voice number.
