The cards are all made with recycled paper and you can even include a gift if you like and this company will send it off for you. I recently sent an admin assistant friend a card to acknowledge all the hard work she does every day and included a gift of brownies. I finally had a chance to sit down and read your book over the holiday.

More importantly, once you figure that out, it can help you MANAGE your feelings and perspective during the day whenever you get frustrated or every hour if needed. I would also volunteer at work and socialize with my co-workers during the holiday gift wrapping parties. I learned I need a vacation ASAP.
